Summary
Springfield Properties is a family-owned and run construction company dedicated to providing affordable housing to customers across Scotland.
Founded in 1956, Springfield have steadily grown and developed over the years, with success predicated on exceptional customer care. Last year, their Braehead Riverside Point development neared completion and we were brought in to help with the finishing touches.
Project
Springfield Properties were constructing an estate of new homes on the southern bank of the Clyde in Braehead. We were contracted to provide a high quality Parex scratch finish to all properties.
The Parex render is hardwearing and ensures that all Springfield’s new homes will be fully protected from the harsh Scottish winter. We opted to apply the render by machine due to the scale of the project. This allowed us to achieve exceptional application rates and finish the project well within the timeframe.
